STEP 3: PROCESSING TIME

Routine handling: 7-10 business days (no extra state fee)

24-hour: $25 special handling fee to the state

Same day: $75 special handling fee to the state
(request must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. Noon EST)

2-hour: $150 special handling fee to the state
(request must be submitted before 2:00 p.m. EST)
